2 What data does this website use?
The website code does not include registration, purchases, newsletter sign-up, contact forms, advertising pixels, visitor analytics, location collection, microphone recording or camera access. Images, styles and scripts are served locally rather than through embedded social or advertising services.

Please share only what is needed. Correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to resolve the matter and meet applicable legal obligations; exact retention periods and email-provider arrangements remain to be confirmed.
3 Providers and international transfers
The private review is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Hosting and network services process requests needed to display and protect it. Before public launch we must confirm the production providers, their controller/processor roles, applicable data-processing agreements, processing locations and any subprocessors.
If data is transferred outside the EEA, the final notice must identify the applicable safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, and how to obtain information about them. The relevant arrangements have not yet been verified.
4 How long is data kept?
The website has no customer database or app account records. Hosting and access-log retention periods must be confirmed with the relevant providers before launch. Retention must be limited to what is necessary for the specified purpose; a fixed deletion period is not claimed in this draft.
5 Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. See Your data rights for details.
6 Children and the mobile app
This website does not invite children to submit personal information. The mobile app may have different features and processing. Its account information, learning progress, audio handling, permissions, age rules and any parental-consent requirements need a separate assessment and policy before release. Do not treat this website notice as covering them.
7 Automated decisions and required information
No profiling or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects have been implemented in this website code. There are no fields requiring you to provide personal information. Network information is needed to deliver pages.
